Picture this: 9-year-old Kristin with braces looking up at her Orthodontist with wide eyes. While her dreams of following in her Orthodontist's footsteps didn't quite pan out, her desire to help people did. She started banking directly after college and found great value in helping others with their financial needs while challenging herself to learn new things.

As a child, Blake dreamed of becoming an Army Scientist (his parents were VERY concerned!). Luckily for his parents, after senior year at Virginia Tech, he had completed a summer and winter internship at INSBANK (then Insurors Bank of Tennessee). He spent his time job shadowing Jim Rieniets, now the CEO, who was the Senior Lending Officer at the time. It was during that time that Blake realized he wanted to pursue a banking career. Growing up, Stuart dreamed of being an animator, but soon discovered he wasn't designed for drawing. Stuart attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and, upon graduating, decided that banking would provide a good base of business knowledge. What followed has been a rewarding career:

As a child, Patrick wanted to be an air traffic controller. He graduated from MTSU and went on to Tennessee Commercial Banking School. After spending time as a credit analyst, the next step was to move to a lending position. And that's what he's done for almost 30 years. The rest? Take a look:

Chris has spent 12 years in banking and 15 years in Fintech / Financial Services. Chris spent the last three years leading the Treasury Management sales efforts for Republic Bank in the Nashville MSA.

Before joining Republic Bank, much of his work in banking focused on selling and consulting with new and existing clients for fully integrated, cloud-based ePayables SaaS solutions that provided clients with the capability to streamline 100% of their vendor payments. Chris worked with BBVA Compass, Commerce Bancshares, and a Fintech organization based in Oregon, NVoicePay.

He began his sales career with FedEx in Los Angeles, CA, working in Field Sales, and ended his tenure with the organization as a World Wide Account Manager based in Nashville.

As a child, Blake wanted to be a General Manager of an NFL or MLB team. He told his mother at a young age that he was going to work at a bank in his hometown of Hattiesburg, in part because of the bank's amazing architecture. Andrew was born to work in banking. His career began in a summer internship during his junior year of college. A little while after that internship, Andrew knew that banking was his destiny. Rebekah has a heart for helping people, which should come as no surprise the many outreach programs she had volunteered and served with. One of her favorite roles was when she was the Project Team Lead for the Spring Hill Pay It Forward Festival for 5 years. She started her 10 year banking career as a Professional Teller at Bank of America which is where she discovered her passion for the banking industry. She continues her professional development as a member of AFP and is currently working toward her CTP certification.

Take Jay out to the ball game and he'll be your best friend. Growing up he loved baseball and had dreams of playing 2nd base for the Chicago Cubs. His dreams of playing pro baseball didn't quite pan out, but he made big strides on his journey to INSBANK. Not to brag or anything, but Jay got into banking after helping a client turn a $75,000 startup loan into a $8,000,000 company in just 5 years. He's a star in our eyes!

While young Daniel had his eyes set on working with animals and becoming a veterinarian, the financial industry had his eyes set on him. He grew up going to his local bank with his mom and even as a kid the bankers always asked when he would start working for them. Once he became a freshman in college he started part-time as a teller and never looked back.

Growing up Jessica saw life through a camera lens. Adventurous and in love with the outdoors, she dreamed of becoming a photographer before getting her BBA in Marketing and BA Foreign Language.
